What exactly is it?

An Emergency Guardian is a guardian available to intervene within 15 minutes when an owner finds themselves without a solution, due to a primary guardian defaulting, an animal's medical emergency, or a last-minute unforeseen event.

You choose your intervention radius (from 5 to 200 km, recommended default: 35 km), your availability slots, and the types of animals you accept.

When an urgent alert is triggered in your area, you receive a priority notification.

Sittings of 30 days or more, often the most appealing, are prioritized for Emergency Guardians.

When should you aim for this status?

The realistic goal: after 2-3 months of activity on Guardiens for a guardian who does 2-3 sittings per month.

Do not rush. Complete your first 5 sittings properly, build your rating, and the status will come naturally.

An Emergency Guardian with 5 sittings and an average of 4.8 will be more in demand than a guardian with 20 sittings and an average of 4.5.
