Being an emergency sitter is a commitment. If you decline an urgent request, no worries, it happens. But if you decline more than once, the status is removed and you cannot reactivate it for 6 months. Owners count on emergency sitter availability.
Cancellations are reassessed every 6 months: only those from the last 6 months count for eligibility.
